What is the best elder scrolls game?

Hi, I heard the the elder scroll games were really good and I was thinking of getting one of them to try out. I have an Xbox 360, ps2 and a wii. I want to know what the best game is and I want one that I will get the story of and nor be totally lost on, thanks!What is the best elder scrolls game?
I like Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - The graphics are great and the story is compelling. If you have a 360, I鈥檇 go with Oblivion. You can get the Game of the year addition with all the expansion packs. But you can download the expansion packs from Xbox live too if you only have the normal addition. I've played it over and over... got a little addicted to be honest.



If you like games like Elder Scrolls, I'd recommend Fallout 3 too. It's by Bethesda, who made Elder Scrolls... It's set post-apocalyptic Washington DC and it's awesome!



Morrowind is good too, you can buy the original xbox game and it will work on your 360. Both will be quite cheap now, so you might as well try both.
Well, people say that The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind is bigger and hgas more stuff to do than TES IV: Oblivion. But personally, I like Oblivion more because of the better graphics and the incredibly fun story. If you can, get the game of the year edition of TES IV: Oblivion, and you will never run out of stuff to do, since this version has the expansion "Shivering Isles". Look on google to find out more about shivering isles and oblivion.

yh oblivion the game of the year edition but dont get it on ps3/ps2/ps as you cannot get the expansions from the playstation network
