You just can't do that. There is so much lore and stuff, and Bethseda themselves don't even try to keep to a timeline, so you really can't just make a chronological order. There isn't one.
Bethseda even screwed up the continuity in Fallout 3. There are four games in the series including that one, and they still screwed up.
