How do I get to the shivering isles in The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion?

I recently bought the game of the year version of Oblivion for the 360. I've finished the main quest with Martin Septim and was wondering how would could go about getting to the Shivering Isles or starting the Knights of the Nine quests.



Is there something particular that I need to do with the game in order to activate these two things?How do I get to the shivering isles in The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion?
First, install Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine on your 360(You probably already did this). For the Shivering Isles you wait one game day then you should get a journal entry about a strange door/gate opening in the Niben Bay and if you activate the quest you will get location of the door/gate. For the Knights of the Nine you go to Anvil and you go up to almost anybody there and select the "Prophet" topic and they talk about a prophet guy and then click on the "Anvil chapel attack" topic and you should get a quest. Activate it and it will show you where to go on the map.
for knights of nine, go to the westernmost city, near the church, you should find someone like a beggar proclaiming that the end is near. Everyone in town should call him crazy. Talk to him and answer that you are not the hero or something like that.

for shivering isles, go to the eastern river going from north to south. you should find a weird island with a portal on it. If it is the right island, you should find a guard there and someone crazy personHow do I get to the shivering isles in The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion?
Look through your active quests. And look for the one called : The prophet of Anvil to start the Knights of the Nine.



Shivering Isles: Look for an island near Bravil with a giant head looking thing.
For Shivering Isles:

Wait 24 hours in-game to get a quest titled "A Door In The Niben Bay".

For KOTN:

Go to Anvil and speak with any NPC about Rumors to learn of the prophet. This adds the quest "Pilgrimage".How do I get to the shivering isles in The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion?
