Games like the Elder Scrolls and Monster Hunter?

I want games like Pokemon, Monster Hunter, the Elder scrolls, Diablo...etc

You know this open world single player games with lots of gameplay hours, lots of unlockables and side quests, and many things to collect...etc

Does this genre have a name or a proper term?

Any recommendations?



P.S:I have no interest in MMORPGs and Fable.Games like the Elder Scrolls and Monster Hunter?

How about Xenoblade Chronicles? It has the huge world to explore and lots of quests. It also has turn based battles like from Pokemon. You can also level up and unlock perks in a perk tree. You can buy it with or without a red Classic Controller Pro. I was going to get it but I'm saving up for a laptop instead.Games like the Elder Scrolls and Monster Hunter?

monster hunter is very unique and fun game and i havent ever seen a game similar to it sadly :(
Most of the time, those games are just considered RPG's. They're not MMO's, and don't fit under any other genres. Diablo is more of an RTS, but you get the point.Games like the Elder Scrolls and Monster Hunter?
