u get new items tons new quests and the shivering isles has 2 worlds i bought the first one first and then i bought the expansion pack and it was the best tons more things to do and LOTS of new monsters!!!!! then the knights of the nine are great! you have to go to all the gods and pray at there thing! great game to but i totally recommend u buy it!What is the Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion Story line with the Knights of the Nine and The Shivering Isles?
Shivering Isles is by far my favorite extension, because of new quests, armor, weapons, people to meet, new places to explore, plus new creatures (Grummites and those tree creatures). It's awesome.
